We stayed for three nights over a weekend ….the hotel is only three tram stops from the airport then a 2 min walk. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and the bathroom is a good size with a very good shower. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was a self service buffet with hot dishes of scrambled eggs and sausages. Variety of breads with toaster, pastries, fresh juice, cheeses, jams etc and a very good hot drinks machine. Although the rooms are small there is a lounge area adjacent to reception and outside seating for drinks and breakfast. The restaurant in the evening served dinner which was reasonable priced and a bar serving drinks. Above all the staff from the housekeeping to the reception and restaurant staff were excellent being both friendly and efficient. Finally they offer secure baggage storage for early arrivals or later departures. Location would benefit from a safe in the room.

We stayed for less than a day and booked two rooms. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. I chose it because it was very close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. For those who look for places of interest, the hotel lacks this character. The one expectation is the nearby Parc Phoenix. To go to the city center and old town, you have to take the metro.

We stayed at this property and overall, we liked it. However, the management should pay more attention to how they treat their guests, particularly at reception. We had a very negative experience with one of your staff members during our stay. Their demeanor was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The way guests are treated significantly impacts the overall hotel experience, and this is an area that needs improvement.

The location is marvelous, across the street from the Nice Airport, down the street is the trainstation . bus takes you to a very nice shopping mall nearby with all kind of stores and restaurants , fast food overlooking the beautiful sea. Ibis is a budget hotel, this one has a nice room size and breakfast was good.

Our Easyjet flight got cancelled last minute and they provided this hotel overnight. It was a taxi ride away from airport. Met by friendly staff member, who provided us with a room quickly, without issues. Room was small but that wasnt an issue as we werent due to be there long. Bed comfortable, nice sheets and bathroom sparkling clean. Breakfast was well presented and good variety of food and drinks. Staff very helpful in the morning, firstly about how breakfast works and then organising taxi back to airport. Relieved to have had such positve experience after the inconvenience of cancelled flight.
