En general fue agradable y el trato recibido fue correcto en todo momento. Unicamente no se me anotaron los puntos correspondientes a dos habitaciones contratadas bajo mi numero de cliente habitual. Espero que tomen esta queja en consideracion y se incluyan dichos puntos y noches.

La experiencia en general es buena, pero cambiaría lo siguiente, se percibe un olor muy fuerte a cigarrillo en todo el lobby, las almohadas no son tan cómodas, tuve que pedir una extra y el desayuno puede mejorar, el cafe y chocolate de maquina no son los mejores, y varias los extras (la comida de sal).

La experiencia fue altamente satisfactoria, estuve alojada en la habitacion 466 desde el dia 5 al 12 de mayo inclusive. La atencion de todo el personal fue excelente, amabilidad y predisposicion excelente. Solo cabria cometar algo pero para mejorarlo. En la habitacion habia humedad que entiendo por el vapor del baño y al no abrie ventanas se puede haber condensado. pero excelente la limpieza por parte del personal y la atencion. Muchisimas gracias

Lamentablemente quedamos desepcionados con el servicio, cuando llegamos al hotel le pedi a la chica que hacia el check in, si por favor alguien le ayudaba a mi esposo con las maletas, la chica me dijo que si pero en ningun momento mi esposo recibio ayuda, los pasillos del hotel tienen un olor desagradable. Nunca me volveria a hospedar en un hotel como este

Buen hotel, muy bien situado cerca del Mall of Emirates. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero modernas y comodas, tienen lo que uno necesita. El desayuno es muy mejorable!!! La calidad de la comida es justa y el cafe es bastante malo!!

Tuve una mala experiencia con la empresa, hice la compra por internet y tuve que regresar de emergencia a México,por cuestiones de salud de mi madre, no puede seguir con el viaje para estar en Dubai . les envié el aviso y la empresa se negó a reintegrarme el dinero que había pagado de la reservación, argumentando que como había hecho la compra por internet no se podía hacer nada al respecto y tuve que perder todo el dinero . No se me hace justo que una empresa tan importante a nivel mundial no pueda tener una politica adecuada para este tipo de emergencias
