The room was a good size but it is quite outdated and not well maintained. Had cigarette holes in the couch next to the bed. It smelled heavily of spray, to cover cigarette smells, which was uncomfortable to breath in. The receptionist was really sweet and knowledgeable. I did ask another member of staff a question about transport and they had no clue, which was odd for someone working at the reception of a hotel. The view from the room was outstanding!

The hotel room, staffs and cleaning service are fine. Something I didn't like is the hotel vibe, it's kind of boring and weird at the same time. And The food is awful.

The safe locker was broken in my room. So my passport and cash money was inside my suitcase. When i’m back in my room in the evening i found that my suitcase was opened and it was not like as i left it. The house keeping service stole 300$ and 122000 (equivalant of 600$) from my suitcase. The security service and hotel management tryed to help and found through the security cameras the staff of the house keeping who entered my room the day when my money was stolen. The staff rejected that he stole my money. The hotel maganement couldnt do anything about it and told me that i can call the police. Overall it was an endless process and the hotel recepsionests were not very helpful. I left the hotel without any proper answers and without my money.

Fast check-in process. No refrigerator like the Ibis in Setif. Staff helped dry-clean clothes. However around 10:00 am, thrre was no one at the reception desk fir twenty minutes.

rooms are small, there is no the bare minimum of anything, compared to prices everything is exaggerate
