Freundliches Personal wie überall in Neuseeland. Gute Lange. Ein Lift dauerhaft außer Betrieb / defekt . Fernseher in 2 von 3 Nächten außer Betrieb. Zimmer extrem klein und renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Klimaanlage und sehr laut. Zimmer in unteren Etagen mit Abluft umliegender Restaurants und entsprechender Geräuschkulisse der Abluftanlagen. Wir bekamen nach der ersten schlaflosen Nacht auf Anfrage ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen mit Blick zur Straße. Wir nutzen Ibis Budget sehr oft und gerne, vor allem in Frankreich als kurze Übernachtungsmöglichkeit an Fernstraßen und waren daher schon sehr irritiert über den Zustand der Etablissements.
