War ok; aber die Fenster in meinem Zimmer konnte ich nicjt aufmachen und dunkele Zimmer habe ich bekommen

Das Hotelzimmer mit der offenen Badewanne ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Absolute Highlight war das Frühstück und die Aussicht beim Frühstück.

Service ist für ein Haus dieses Standards nicht angemessen. Umgang mit Reklamation war so schlecht, dass ich beinahe meinen Aufenthalt abgebrochen hätte

In regard to the missing item reported in your room, please rest assured that we take such matters extremely seriously. While we conducted a thorough internal investigation, unfortunately, it did not lead to any findings. We would also like to clarify that we have not previously encountered issues of theft in our hotel. That said, we fully understand how distressing this situation must have been for you and deeply regret that you had this experience. More importantly, we are sorry that the matter was not handled with the care, attentiveness, and urgency it deserved at the time. This is not reflective of our service standards, and your feedback has been shared with our team to ensure such situations are better managed in the future. We also appreciate your comments regarding the communication of your reservation and payment details.
