It was the first time I visited Sofitel spa today, I had a very good massage there, the receptionist MeNA was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the therapist Alit giving me a relaxation massage which made my day. It was too good that I have an appointment again with the spa tomorrow.

Decided to visit Macau for my birthday and stayed at the Sofitel because of my membership. The staff were very attentive and friendly at the club level. Doreen and her team made me feel very welcome and attended to my needs with care. They even prepared a special cake to celebrate my day! Apart from the wonderful staff, the hotel was generally clean and well maintained. The decor may be starting to show its age but everything worked and is in good order, however the water pressure from the shower could be a tad stronger. Location is quite convenient if going sight-seeing otherwise a short taxi ride should get you to most places in the city. Pleasantly surprised with this trip, definitely will stay again soon.

Warm welcoming to the guest and nice club lounge service. Special thx to Ms. Chtherine and Doris for making me good memories during the staying. Reccomended to who wants to classic style hotel away from busy macau city. Can enjoy many historice tour place nearby.

Highly recommend! Super nice and friendly staff🙏 Rose, Jhungie and Dino - these trio were happy to entertain us with extraordinary, yet challengeable drinks🍹cozy and relaxing ambience was the plus! Will definitely come again when I’m back to Macau😊
