It's my first time to stay at Sofitel Macau, and i can say, the hotel is amazing. I experierenced their club lounge access, the Club Millesime. The food selection was absolutely delicious. I would like to thanks Catherine, Kevin, Sandy and Ann for a world-class dining service.

A very good Accor hotel in Macau. I had a suite room with upgrade to executive floor. Nice staffs especially Kevin , Catherine and Sandy at the Executive lounge. They are patiently helpful. The view was great. There are shuttle buses to many places.

We stayed in a river view room with excellent view from the room, easily spend hours watching through the window! Rooms are quite spacious for family. Hotel was beautifully decorated in Christmas-new year week. Hotel provides Shuttle service every 15-20 mins to Border Gate, from where several casino hotel shuttle are available. This is a reliable option for traveling in late evening from Casino hotels. Breakfast is reasonably good, through little heavy with local taste. We ordered food from inroom dining, however taste was just Ok. We preferred to dine in outside restaurants. Hotel is at walking distance to famous Senado Square, have several restaurants and shops nearby.

Well-appointed rooms in a central location. The staff here are friendly and competent in multilingual interactions. My room had an excellent view but I was disappointed with what seemed to be a dead spot for the wifi, I had to rel on data and hotspot instead. The concierge went above and beyond to help me with a personal issue I had, top standard service

Highlight is club rooms! Always good service by Kevin, Macy despite being crowded. Can see St Paul ruins from club floor. After a long day out, and we don’t want to think or decide on what to eat but worried might be hungry later at night, the club room benefits solved it for us. Breakfast spread on club room floor is also decent and definitely less crowded. Rooms - Big rooms. Separate bath and shower. Comfortable beds. Room for luggage and separate area for lounging and desk. Love these older-styled rooms! We were allocated connecting rooms - thank you! I’m a new ACCOR member but liking what I was offered, price and value wise. Take note though, the hotel has a fairly busy casino in the basement and the lobby - although really big - tends to be busy most times we went past it. The deco of the hotel is somewhat a bit of this and that - some French influence, a large chandelier, a gold lobby near the mansion side of the hotel - not exactly cohesive but given it is a big hotel I’m not too bothered by it. Breakfast buffet - good variety but it gets crowded. The staff manages the crowd well and food is topped up but it’s not one of those leisurely hotel breakfast spots. Loved the curry fishballs. Initially I wasn’t sure about the location, but if turned out good for a 4 day stay. U get to see and experience a bit of older Macau and there were 24 hour eateries very close by. walkable to senado square and some famous restaurants. Then just Direct bus to Venetian and colone - maybe an hour with some traffic. Or take a transfer coach from pont 16 (just below hotel) to ferry terminal or cotai - longer ride but complimentary.
