Location of this hotel is just opposite Tentram hotel & mall in the heart of Semarang. Seems that this hotel is quite outdated and poorly equipped. We found out during shower that they forgot to fill the soap bottle. The lighting in the room was a bit annoying, some were warm white while some were super white, suggest to change all to warm white to give the room a better ambient. Sleeping quality was just ok... hope they are able to do some small renovations and pay attention to details to become a better product in the future.

Family Friendly Hotel! I brought my family to Semarang for wedding event. In total there were 7 to 8 rooms booked in Ibis. Booking was kinda hectic for me. I was booked the rooms using accors web and traveloka. Room booking was separately. I requested some rooms to be connected. And all 7 rooms in the same floor for entire family! And they managed to did that! Room was excellent, twin and king bed were given accordingly! Extra coffee sachet also were given to my family! Breakfast was also no complaint! Location is walking distance to Iconic Simpang Lima! Perfect! Thank you for Ibis Team for accomodate my request and made my family staying wonderful! Special thanks to lady at receptionist at May, 4th, she was really helpful! Will stay here again for short big family trip to Semarang!

It was so great to stay at Ibis Semarang this is my first time stay at Accor property in Semarang I had great experience and received amazing amenities as I new member they treat me well, especially SABRINA from reception she’s really amazing person, and also reservation team as I booked throug them really helpfull and efficient Thank you. Definitely I will come back for the next trip. Thank you Ibis semarang 😊😊

Hotel run down and building is old and need full renovation. Staffs are friendly but ignored your complains.

The only good thing abt the hotel is its location. The building, interior, lobby and parking area is horrible. The interior is old and smelly ans linens are dirty. 1 Lift when i was there last week not functioning and made queing very long. Lobby smell horrible like in the trash can. Even though staffs are friendly. The most dissapointing thing was they billed me incorrect amount and asked for direct bank transfer to the company acc. Yet they billed again my cc. To get the refund is so complicated and ignored my request. In all this is the worst accor hotel I have ever stayed. Definitely will never come back there again.

Rooms are dirty, not well maintain. Even the staffs are try hard to make guest happy, but the facility condition is so miserable. Love the location of this hotel and the price is good. That's the reason I keep on returning to this hotel. Hope the management put serious attention to this hotel
