Dear Crus, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are thrilled that you found our service to be commendable and that you had an enjoyable breakfast experience in our dining area. The positive remarks about our relaxing bar area and the hotel's proximity to an array of dining options and The Glen are greatly appreciated. Nonetheless, we regret that you found the standard room to be somewhat restrictive for a multiple-night stay. For future visits, you may find our Superior Rooms offer the added space and comfort you desire, complete with high ceilings and the signature ibis Sweet Bed to enhance your rest. Finally, it is fantastic that the convenience of our location served you well for visiting family in the area and that you had the opportunity to enjoy the local attractions, including the free ping pong by the library. Our location is indeed ideal for guests who wish to explore the eastern suburbs, while still having access to the Melbourne CBD via a short train ride.
