Great one night stay

We booked New Year’s Eve to escape noise and it delivered a great night’s sleep. Check in was so so with no great welcome, hotel information or acknowledgement of status but it all went uphill from there. No upgrade but nice high floor room with views out to Parramatta fireworks. Clean, modern and spacious room with a real door on the bathroom! Air con and wifi worked well. The staff in the lounge and restaurant really made our stay enjoyable. Simon in the executive lounge was great. In fact the lounge experience was excellent. A small food offering but very high quality. Good wine selection. Tim and Joseph (and others) in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Great service. The meals were good and breakfast also good. Parking is more expensive than I would like but in general this was an excellent stay. Thanks.

Went over for a short break. The staff failed to recognise the ACCOR ALL status. This is becoming a theme at most hotels. Staff were pleasant but service was basic, Rooms are dated and tired. The bathrooms were in clear need of attention. Parking a complete rip off. Neighbouring, Novotel and Ibis share the same staff as the Pullman. Avoid the bar and restaurant. Most were short staffed and the Members Lounge was closed. There was some staff event whereby tables had staff sitting on them, which is great - but other customers were left to fend to themselves. Not a good look!

Initial service to come into the hotel was lovely, check-in was a bit of a lengthy wait. I was disappointed to receive a disabled room when I am not disabled. Everything was going well until I tried to order breakfast. The QR code didn’t scan so I called a totally unhelpful reception. The comment given to me was a woman who said “ fill the card in and hang it on the door” I explained that I would like breakfast now though. She said oh can come down to have breakfast. I wanted breakfast in my room. Was possibly the worst way to end the stay.

Amazing hotel with the most amazing people. Have to do a special shout out to the boss behind the bar Tim - biggest thank you (Vinaka Vaka Levu) for making my husbands 50th bday even more special! Lolomas and see you next time!!! Also Ben the GM thank you for looking after us! The cocktails are the best and you would expect nothing less from a 5 star hotel! Love Accor - thanks for the amazing experiences!

Stated at the Pullman for the NRL GF. Hotel has plenty of technical glitches with their swipe cards constantly failing. What ever you do, don’t order an Ice Coffee. $10 per cup, yep $10 for a bit of ice & water. Absolute joke!
