Dear Chris J. Reed, I would like to express my sincere apologies for the numerous inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. Your feedback regarding the design flaws in the room, the absence of phone charging points, and the subpar wifi connection is deeply concerning. Please rest assured that we take your comments seriously and will address these issues with our team. It is disappointing to hear about the issues with the duvet and duvet cover, as well as the desk and chair setup. Such lapses in attention to detail do not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain. We will investigate these matters further to ensure they are rectified promptly. Regarding the cleanliness of your room, I sincerely apologize for the oversight in servicing your accommodation. This is certainly not indicative of our usual standards, and I will personally look into the breakdown in our housekeeping procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I am delighted to hear that Bailey provided you with excellent service and introduced you to Michael, who assisted you with transportation arrangements. We appreciate your kind words about our team members and the hotel's convenient location for the concert. Once again, please accept my apologies for the shortcomings you encountered.
