The hotel was fine, but the biggest issue was that the reception staff did not speak English at all, which made even simple questions very difficult. For an international brand like Ibis, this was disappointing, especially in a city that welcomes so many tourists.

Fixed temperature for all rooms

Although they claim to have air conditioning - as all other Ibis I've been around the world -, they have fixed temperature for all bedrooms for hot days (25°C or 77°F) and cooler days (19°C or 66.2°F). Coming from the tropics myself, I could never fathom to sleep in a sauna. We expect the same quality throughout the chain and this was a serious disappointment. Besides, TV didn't work and the drain was clogged. On the bright side, the rooms were clean.

Very welcoming and safe feeling hotel in a perfect location Staff friendly and helpful Easy link to the metro Good local shops Pizza in hotel are fabulous Would be helpful to be able to take food/drinks from bar to room. After a long day at a sporting event we didn’t feel like sitting in the busy bar to eat/drink. Lovely area and great to explore from

Best Location, Best Staff, Thank you!, I’ll definitely come back for my next stay. Good for bussiness or leisure at affordable prices, the hotel also has many facilites for meetings if needed. I also enjoyed the food very much
