I visitted Brazil for only a week but i must say the service here has been amazing despite the language barrier. Everyone has been delightful and very helpful, especially Ronaldy and Caic. Would highly recommend this hotel for it's hospitality. It's paradise!

Everything was wonderful, the reception and all the staff who were so friendly, the hotel and its infrastructures,, the direct access to the beach, the spacious and confortable room and the beautiful view on the ocean. And on the top, an excellent food. A paradise so close to São Paulo...

Brazilian hospitality! An amazing stay ❤️

I travelled to Brazil for the first time and while we stayed at a few Accor properties during our holiday across Brazil, we picked this property to treat my in-laws. Upon arrival - the checkin was smooth, we met Mariyani, we could tell the reception was packed but she was like an iceberg and kept her cool and spontaneously checked us in. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping did an absolute great job everyday. The restaurants were well serviced and selection of food was great. They had games all day in the pool and the lobby bar, Bingo being the most popular! I liked the white color scheme of the entire property. Myself and my significant other had one of the best massages in the spa - sadly I don’t recall the names - but both ladies were amazing. The beach is very well maintained and you could see security personal all around the property, a sense of safety. While everyone we met were great and did a good job, but there were some employees or as we call heartists that stood out or rather were absolute stars - first was Pedro in the guest relations - he helped me in arranging flowers for my girlfriend and some amenity, Pedro made the entire process very simplified and easy and always had a very positive attitude with a smile. We then had a little hick-up but the Front Office Manager Ms. Ingrid jumped in and made sure that it was taken care of , she was professional and very courteous. We dined in the French fine dining and Mercio the manager along with Willian could not do enough - they were simple amazing. Great dining experience. Now is the time to mention 2 star employees - who literally took our heart away with their passion for service, hospitality and most importantly their genuine passion and SMILE ! It was Marcelo in the dining restaurant that we met during dinners, a truly exceptional service professional and the sweet JAMILI at the pool bar, being in hospitality we know how hard it is serving under the sun. But here was JAMILI running around the pool, the beach all day and everytime we encountered her for placing an order- she came by with the most genuine smile. JAMILI deserves the most recognition for her hard work and simplicity! If you are looking to spend some quality family or couples time - this is the place to be. While Rio & São Paulo are great, but this hotel is much more poised and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you to the management for delivering such a great top shelf service ! We will surely return. As the Brazilians say - “karaka” experience was wow !

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, at the beach, super nice staff. Very good breakfast. Decent food but not a lot of variety. Cons: Super loud music at the pool! There are a lot of conventions at the hotel , that said there were people talking and making loud noises in the walkway until 4am!!! Bedside that they were making repairs at the apartment in front of us at 11 pm! I really don’t know if I would be back.

This was my second time here in two months. While the entire staff is always as kind and helpful as can be, Wellington has now on both of my week long trips given me service beyond compare. As I let him know, much like last time, I'll be back in just a few weeks and I will come say hi to my new friend! I've come to realize that it's simply just the Brazilian way. ❤️ 🇧🇷 And it's 😍 beautiful!!
