Above and beyond In October I had an unexpected stay here because of a canceled flight. I had to leave very early the next morning and inadvertently left my toiletry case hanging in the bathroom. Among other things, it contained my night guard and a pouch of jewellery, all items with sentimental value. One of the hotel employees, Katia Escudero, went above and beyond in shipping the items to me in Canada. I will be forever grateful to her and your hotel.

I absolutely love this place. It has everything you need to rest and have a wonderful time exploring Lima. The hotel is located in the heart of San Isidro, in a quiet area but walking distance to shops, coffees, supermarkets, restaurants. It is two blocks from the most beautiful park in Perú: el olivar, a reserve of really old olive trees, that were brought to lima by the spaniards 450 years ago. It is close to Miraflores and Barranco, and also to downtown, so the location can´t be better! And the hotel itself feels like a calm, modern oasis. The heated pool was a highlight: spotless, relaxing, and just what you want after a day out in Lima. The food was genuinely delicious. From breakfast to dinner, everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with great options if you’re craving Peruvian flavors or something more international. Our room was super comfy—spacious, well-designed, and blissfully quiet, with a bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. If you’re looking for a place that feels both welcoming and high-quality—with a temperate pool, great food, very comfy rooms, and great location, go to Novotel. Best place ti stay in Lima.

Absolutely amazing breakfast buffet. Room is comfortable. Staff is helpful and nice. Neighborhood is great. I really liked staying here!

Well located hotel in the heart of Lima.

The hotel was walking distance to most places. Roads were clean and safe (even at night). There was a variety of F&B options near the hotel. Within the hotel, there is an indoor pool, well equipped gym, and spa. Facilities were well maintained and room was very comfortable and spacious.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Hotel, and I can affirm that its service is, without a doubt, an example of excellence. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my stay. Impeccable reception: Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with a genuine smile and a welcome drink. Check-in was quick, efficient and personalized. I was surprised that they already knew my preferences, thanks to a short questionnaire I filled out when making my reservation.The service is excellent at its best. The quality and service are pleasant, therefore I highly recommend this hotel.
