Ich war schon vor über 15 Jahren mehrfach in diesem Hotel. Es ist überhaupt nicht gealtert. Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Herausragend fanden wir die Executive Lounge. Wünsche wurden uns von den Augen abgelesen. Die Qualität der bereitgestellten Speisen war überraschend gut und die Auswahl an Sekt, Wein und Cocktails hervorragend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir waren eine Woche im Pullman. Das Hotel ist sehr gut mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut (auch zu Fuß) zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt (ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen). Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr serviceorientiert und versucht immer eine gute Lösung für den Gast zu finden. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut, abwechslungsreich und wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Zwei minimale Punkte zur Optimierung. In fast allen Zimmern (außer denen mit Balkon) lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Ebenso sind die Klimaanlagen des Hauses mit einen Summen durchgehend auf einer Hotelseite zu hören. Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und wir würden gerne immer wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung für ein Hotel als auch kleine Oase zur Erholung in Bangkok.
