Gut gelegen, schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, leider kein Balkon und Fenster der Zimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen. Nah zum Bayoke Sky Tower mit toller Sicht über Bangkok und Nachtmarkt abends. Einfach über Airport Rail Link erreichbar. 7 Eleven in der Nähe. Mall neben dran. Schöne Poollandschaft. Eine Skybar wäre schön.

Wir waren mit Freunden im Dezember 2025 wieder einmal für ein paar Tage im Pullman King Power. Alles in allem ist es immer noch ein schönes Hotel und die notwendige Renovierung der Zimmer ist gut gelungen. Der Empfang/Check-In an der Rezeption war sehr unpersönlich und kühl. Die Zimmer sind wieder frisch und schön und das King-Size-Bett ist immer noch himmlisch bequem. An einem Tag wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl kein Do-not-Disturb-Zeichen angebracht war. Der Pool war eiskalt und hat nicht zu einem weiteren Besuch eingeladen. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde anscheinend "optimiert" und einige Speiseangebote gibt es leider nicht mehr. Der Check-Out war kühl und gehetzt, eine Abschlussrechnung haben wir nicht erhalten. Wir haben für uns den Eindruck, dass vieles verschlankt und optimiert wurde, was für uns den Wohlfühlfaktor abkühlen lässt. Viele der kleinen Besonderheiten, die wir im Laufe der Jahre kennen und schätzen gelernt haben, fehlten und bewirken dadurch einen nüchternen Bussinesshotel-Charakter mit wenig Charm. Aber es ist immer noch ein solides Hotel.

We are pleased to learn that you found the renovated rooms to be fresh and well executed, and that the comfort of our king size bed continued to meet your expectations. At the same time, we sincerely regret to learn about the aspects of your stay that did not reflect the level of service and warmth we strive to deliver. Please accept our sincere apologies for the unwelcoming experience during check in and check out, as well as for the missed room cleaning despite no do not disturb indication. This is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold, and your comments will be shared with the relevant teams for immediate review and improvement. We are also sorry to hear that the pool temperature and changes to the breakfast selection did not encourage enjoyment, and that the absence of a final bill at departure caused inconvenience. Your feedback regarding the overall atmosphere and the feeling that some of the small, thoughtful touches were missing is especially important to us. Creating a sense of comfort, character, and genuine hospitality is central to our identity, and we truly regret that this felt diminished during your stay. UnpersönlicherCheck-In/Check-out, keine Abschlussrecgnung erhalten. Zimmerwunsch wurde leider nicht erfüllt, aber die Zimmer waren schön und neu renoviert. Das Frühstücksangebot wurde wohl "optimiert", die Asia-Section ist geschrumpft. Schade auch, dass der Shuttleservice nicht mehr existiert.
