Nice property near Dana mall, Check in is from 2pm but they allowed early check in up on request around 12:30 or so. nice views from the building as well. Room is clean and tidy. Two water bottles are provided and kettle. Very near to the bus stop as well

I really would love to thank you for the good hospitality and the service I got from the staff specifically miss Ann and all reception staff They were helpful and have great personalities. I would recommend staying here more times to come. This was my second stay within one week. Thanks Ibis hotel for everything ❤️🌹

Melanie’s friendly and informative greeting at the front desk set the tone for our stay of three nights. We had one twin room and one deluxe with separate sleeping and dining areas. Twin room had a desk, small frig, closet, and two twin beds. If staying more than a few days, it could feel small with two people but is fine for an overnight. The deluxe had more space and a nice kitchen/couch area. Breakfast buffet had a mix of continental and Middle East choices. There is a spa in the hotel with reasonably priced massage and other options. There were no grab bars in the showers. Bathrooms were small but had nice toiletries. Staff was friendly. We did not use the gym. A Parking garage is available but larger suvs may find it hard to maneuver inside it. A few areas to work on: our kitchen space did not have dish soap or towels, the couch had a burn mark, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. When we lowered the a/c it helped lessen the smell but it was still there. Hotel staff sprayed with air freshener but that faded and the odor was still there. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and would return.

Really good stay given the price, staff were very helpful with every request and very friendly especially Anne, she even gave me late checkout which was very nice of her. The room was clean and there was complimentary water and refreshments such as tea and coffee. The only thing that was not to my liking was the pillow is a bit too soft and empty.

I chose ibis hotel always and the best ibis in seef. They are top notched. Being regular guest is an advantage. The airport transfers is customised. The best man Mr. Hussain for safe and professional handling From airport to hotel lobby is splendid. I got my common room as long as non smoking I’m good it. Reception team is like entertainment.. they always make me feel in happy home. Well recommend.
