really disappointing stay

It was a really disappointing experience... smelly old rooms, very noisy aircon and fas, besides being really close to the airport, there was no airport shuttle, and unfortunately being badly bitten on my back by an insect during the night. Breakfast was quite lame with soggy pastries. Gone down since the last time I was there. Not staying again, even if I'm an Accor member.

Is this hotel perfect? No! There is a plan to renovate and I think it needs it. However the view to the mountains, 2 large beds in the room, the pool and the staff make it my go to 1st night (and last night) hotel. The lush gardens and short drive to the airport make it ideal for last night before flying out. The breakfast is DELICIOUS! The best omelette I have ever had and the fruit and pastries were delicious. Vinaka to the staff.

The resort is close to the Airport, Nice and well built surroundings… Friendly and Courtesies Staff. Good Range of breakfast, Nice Pool and greenery all around. Outdoor Resturant Service is good. Over all 5 Start Property with 5 Star Service.

Unfortunatly, I had to rate this hotel accordingly as it is in the Accor group. Just a few minutes from the airport this hotel is pretty ugly and rooms are motel style in a line. But do look out towards lush green mountains. Reception was ok and helpful. Rooms are pretty dated and in need of upgrades. Our first room infested with ants and no water initially before the brown stuff appeared,but reception moved us on my request and all was good. Lunch time service was attrocious and we waited 90 minutes for a meal and har to keep asking for drinks to be served. Burgers were certainly well done and fries a mixture of hot and cold so pretty poor. Evening saw new staff that were much more effecient. But you would only stay her if delayed for one night as it offers little to enhance Fiji Thus the overall reviews tell the story

Restful gem of a hotel near the Nadi airport

Novotel hotel room was an excellent value. Spacious, well appointed and peaceful, with a balcony overlooking the grounds, trees and Mountain Views in the distance. It's a great place to stay when transferring from the airport or needing a nice reliable restful place to sleep after a bad stay someplace else (my issue.) The staff were great and I found the hotel relaxing. The room service food was good, I enjoyed using the bath tub and shower, and there are some nice stores including an art gallery with indigenous work in the building. Only problem was the air-conditioning had not been on and it was 28°C when I went into the room. Over the course of eight hours with the air-conditioning running full blast it only came down 2°. Big A-frame room with a lot of hot airspace. I would stay here again, but I would ask that they ensure the a/c is on in the room before I get there. It's the kind of hotel room where you have to have a guest key inserted for the a/c to run.
