Cheap, basic hotel in a noisy part of Nadi

Noisy area and a very basic hotel but its cheap and close to the international airport. Good for early/late flights. Hotel staff are friendly. When we travel again we will look for another place to stay. Rooms are outdated but functional and clean.

Lovely helpful staff, clean facilities, but the Restaurant service is appalling.

I stayed here early July for 3 nights. Arrived late evening, checkin was quick and lovely young man helped me up several flights of steps to my room with my bag. Room was clean, though outdated, but I had everything I needed. Mattress was so uncomfortable however, I could feel the springs. Not a good nights sleep. Breakfast selection was really fantastic, something for everyone. Lovely woman made omelettes on request. Pool and loungers are nice. The hotel was always very quiet, though there were children staying. Nothing was too much trouble for the smiley staff. Unfortunately the negative side is the restaurant service and ordering an evening meal. I think waiting over 1 hour 15 minutes for your meal, a simple stir fry, is madness. I ended up walking out and going across the road to eat. There were plenty of staff on in the restaurant as far as I could see. I guess guests are happy to drink in the meantime and perhaps that’s the hotel’s strategy? I would return to stay, as it served all my purposes and was close to the airport. But, I would not order dinner there and hopefully the mattresses will be replaced.. The bar made a great coffee.

Sadly the hotel is run down and urgently needs refurbishing. Plus the staff. Some are friendly and try and help, but I’ve just spent the longest and sadness 2 hours in a restaurant nobody really wanted to be in, staff or customers. Accor, how can you associate with such a place!!!

Good location, but more a motel than a hotel

We stayed here three times in a period of a few weeks, as we used Nadi as our base to visit the Yasawa Islands and other parts of Fiji. The rooms are large and comfortable; but could do better. One room had a wonky shower head, that made it hard to have a decent shower; the other room had lousy wifi access and an uncomfortable sofa chair. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. We ate at the restaurant, which was average. And the breakfast was nothing much to remember either. However, the location is convenient, with shops, and restaurants just across the road; and an easy taxi or bus ride into Nadi or elsewhere All the staff (restaurant, bar, front-office) were very friendly and helpful

A Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay here. Yes the place is dated but our room was quiet, clean, comfortable with a lovely, large bed. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing around the sparkling, clean pool. Some shade around the pool would be a great addition especially for swimming during the day, The breakfast was good with lots to choose from and an egg station. Some items such as the baked beans needed to be heated. Staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Location was good with a quick taxi or local bus to town or Port Denarau Thank you to all for making our stay so very nice. We look forward to returning.
