We were very satisfied with the continental breakfast every morning, clean and tidy room, the gardens and compound immaculately maintained, excellent service from all staff and overall very relaxing. It was a great time for my family.

Very disorganised from the moment we checked in. We did have a large group but the paperwork was all incorrect and it felt like it was our fault when we had the correct paperwork printed out. I felt like we were an inconvience. The rooms lacked lighting and we found it very hard to see. The rooms are nice and spacious. There was hair on the walls of the shower that wasn't not from us!

I understand your family's group booking on the day was slightly different from what the hotel had received from the Online Travel Agent who booked your accommodation. The Duty Manager on the day was merely trying to rectify the anomalies in your bookings to ensure it matched what the hotel was holding. I sorry if you felt you were an inconvenience, that is not how we view things at Novotel Nadi. Instead in the spirit of "True Fijian Hospitality", your family/group was given an early check-in at 11am, noting that our standard check in time is 2pm and two rooms were complimentary upgraded to Deluxe category. Why? Because we always want all our guests to feel welcome and valued when they stay with us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the lighting and cleanliness concerns you have raised. All our efforts are concentrated in preventing future occurrences. I would like to reiterate our commitment to high quality standards and I personally would like to make sure you will experience it during your next stay with us. Have been staying at Novotel for many years since it was Mocambo and it was always the place to stay - comfortable and good rooms. however, sadly the place needs to be uplifted as do some of the staff. The rooms were unclean on admission - including floors and toilet /bathroom. We had to clean it ourselves as we did not feel confident with the housekeeping team. Breakfast was nice and plenty, but the room service menu needs to be rewritten - the desert on the menu has two visits not been available and only a non favoured ice cream was available. Back in the days the hotel was known for its desert, especially the cheesecake - sadly no longer the case. Wifi did not reach the room and had to use mobile hotspot - for a largely business hotel this is poor to top it all off the cost of the room was way too high for what we received - I would like to see it upgraded and then I would be happy to return.

Very Tired Building

This Novotel building is very tired and run down .i 've been an Accor member for 16 or more years and this would be the only time I've stayed in such a run down Novotel. Such a pity as the surrounds etc are lovely. I cant believe that it was used as a Covid Isolation Hotel as some areas were not as spotlessly clean as one would expect .General maintenance has not been kept up as our daughters room had a broken lock on the door leading outside . Fortunately there was a safety chain on the door to keep it closed On saying that I have only praise for the Staff they were courteous and extremely helpful. The food was good and the service in the dinning room was excellent as was the music. As we had an early morning flight Office staff organised a take away breakfast and booked taxis for us .The beds were comfy but this hotel it is a long way from being a 4 Star .

dirty and smelly rooms

what a waste of a good resort, rooms were dirty, smelt musty, carpets looked old and made you not want to walk on them bare foot, there is so much potential here but wasted. The pool was nice, bar/food area was nice also, staff friendly, food was nice when we were there. Wouldnt recommend this place due to the dirty rooms.
