Dear BexM107, Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on your recent stay. I am truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, please allow me to express my sincere apologies. I understand your family's group booking on the day was slightly different from what the hotel had received from the Online Travel Agent who booked your accommodation. The Duty Manager on the day was merely trying to rectify the anomalies in your bookings to ensure it matched what the hotel was holding. I sorry if you felt you were an inconvenience, that is not how we view things at Novotel Nadi. Instead in the spirit of "True Fijian Hospitality", your family/group was given an early check-in at 11am, noting that our standard check in time is 2pm and two rooms were complimentary upgraded to Deluxe category. Why? Because we always want all our guests to feel welcome and valued when they stay with us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the lighting and cleanliness concerns you have raised. All our efforts are concentrated in preventing future occurrences. I would like to reiterate our commitment to high quality standards and I personally would like to make sure you will experience it during your next stay with us.
