2 night stay in a beautiful hotel

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful hotel. The building is very berber style and location is easily walkable to the centre and close to the Kasbah. Yes, some of the rooms are a bit dated, but this goes with the adobe style of the building. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable and the views are amazing. The main thing is that the staff of the hotel are so accomodating and friendly and completely professional, and that is what makes this hotel so special. We asked for a late check out as my son was running a marathon and needed to come back to shower and the reception staff (especially Hamid) were very understanding of this and allowed a late checkout of 3pm. It is a place I will definitely return to.

Great hotel . A big shout out to the lifeguard who is the best lifeguard I have ever seen abroad ! So attentive to each and every person in the pool . Doesn’t sit down . Keeps an eye on everyone ALL of the time and even gets in to the pool and helps teach people to swim . He deserves a pay rise . Staff friendly and lovely atmosphere around the pool . Well located .

Definitely worth a stay if in Quartazat

Great hotel. Cheap but clean and has the basic amenities. Pool is actually lovely and big and very quiet. Hotel staff are all friendly and really helpful. Would recommend if you want to explore Quartazate. Breakfast is continental with fruit and cereal. Coffee is ok. It’s a great hotel for the price

Defines a Budget Hotel!

This wasn't great! None of the key cards worked, the a/c made a noise but I doubt it was working. The room was small and very budget, although the bed was comfortable. Evening meal was a real farce - confusion all around. What arrived eventually was ok but a lot of our group fell ill following our visit.
