Beware of Pre Authorisation

We regret this incident and would like to inform you that the €140 pre-authorization was indeed released after your departure, as confirmed in the email we sent you. However, the time it takes for the funds to become available again depends entirely on your bank. Generally, this process can take up to 30 days, depending on the policies of your card issuer. If the funds remain blocked beyond this period, we recommend contacting your bank directly to request the release of the pre-authorization.
