Hotel lussuoso, posizionato praticamente all’interno di Heathrow terminal 5 al primo piano! attenzione: se arrivate da Heathrow o dalla tube, per raggiungere l’hotel, cercate l’ascensore giusto e non avventuratevi in strada! Servizi ottimi ma costo eccessivo!

Sono rimasta un po' delusa dalla struttura. Da un Sofitel mi aspetto un altissima qualità che qui non ho trovato. Lati positivi: Personale cordiale, stanza bella grande, confortevole l'ingresso diretto al Terminal 5. Lati negativi: moquette vecchia con macchie, arredamento datato, bagno con guarnizioni (specialmente doccia) vecchi, arrugginiti, che non tenevano l'acqua all'interno della doccia. Prenotato per due, ma trovato preparato per una persona. Per una breve notte è andato bene, ma non posso dire di essere stata soddisfatta al 100% soprattutto considerando che è una catena Luxury.

In particular, I have noted the carpet and furnishings that you described as dated, as well as the issues related to the bathroom. We are currently in the planning stages for a renovation that will allow us to modernize the facility and improve overall quality. Regarding the room preparation, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience encountered and assure you that we will do our best to avoid such discrepancies in the future.
