Very convenient location attached to T5 via covered walkway. Decent gym. Good breakfast with a great team. Particular shout-out to Kamaljit and Angela for their excellent service each morning.

We have been welcomed by the most wonderful gentleman at reception by the name of Malik. Although it was in the late hours of the evening he had projected the most refreshing personality, and a smile that brings joy and warmth. He was attentive, kind, personable and really polite. He made the whole experience just perfect and we couldn’t ask for more. Employees like him need cherished and valued as they are the core reason for recurring customers to wanting to come back and foster loyalty. Until we are back we wish and the extended team a happy 2026.

Lovely meal, excellent friendly staff. We had an evening meal prior to a very early departure. Very relaxed, friendly and the food was delicious. We were served by Prathmesh and Nidhi who were very professional and welcoming. Thank you both!

absolutely wonderful experience! Not expecting that at an airport hotel— what a way to start our holiday. The service was exceptional!! Our waitress, Nidhi was delightful and very knowledgable and excited about all the dishes. Such a breath of fresh air to have wonderful, 5 star service—thank you ! The food was delicious and so beautifully presented — loved it all!! Thank you x
