Jose was the absolute best, he made sure my drink was always full and I was taken care of. Laui made the best passion fruit martini I have ever tasted, honestly if you stay here make sure to go to the sphere bar inside the hotel, absolutely amazing

We stayed in a club room and used the club lounge. Great value for money. Food was very good and Ronaldo in the lounge was fantastic, he was so kind and he looked after us so well and kept the wine topped up! We’ll definitely book a club room in the future.

Reliably good hotel in the best location for Terminal 5. Thank you very much to Harsh, in particular, for a very warm welcome and great service (particularly sorting out a mistake that I made on my booking). Room lovely, dinner was good and we had a parking inclusive deal which are always good.

We stayed on a suite which meant we had the privilege of going to the lounge where there was plentiful cheese, beers and nibbles. On arrival we were presented with canapés (mini burger, breaded fish filet and gyoza). They weren't the best but the cheese selection was amazing. We was looked after by Roualdo who kept us topped us with prosecco and beers, was super polite and honestly couldn't do enough for us! Would definitely recommend. Oh and the suite was great too
