Hotel located just outside the center of Annecy (in the station area) the room is equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, hotplates and dishwasher. Convenient (unless you have a long car) underground parking for a fee). Courteous staff. The area is convenient but not quaint nor beautiful for an overnight stroll. All in all, it's okay, but lacks some of the magic that downtown Annecy can provide

My friend and I stayed for a single night. If it were not for the spare bed being really uncomfortable and providing a poor nights sleep, I would probably give 5 stars. Staff great, breakfast great, room great, just not a great sleep due to spare bed.

Great hotel and wonderfully family friendly.

This is the most family friendly hotel I have ever been to. The staff is super kind. The hotel is clean, the rooms are great, the lobby is cozy and nice with a clean and organized play area for kids, at the same time it’s quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Don, t take room 501 as the internet is very slow and hard to do much. You can tell the front desk but they will just brush you off. You can request a specific room or two when you book but they will disregard your request. Customer service is very lacking. L. J. Myers

Incompetent staff, tiny rooms, filthy

We had communicated with the hotel via email twice to ask about the 4 person apt with balcony as we wanted a quiet room not facing the busy road in front of the hotel. To our surprise we were allocated a room directly facing that road and no other apt was available. Check in, despite having done the online pre check in and being a Silver/Gold member for years, took ages. The apt looked nothing like the pictures on the website for this particular room and was very very small with little room left with the sofabed in use. we had to make up that sofabed for our kids ourselves. Management told us that that is normal practice at Adagio but it was never mentioned in the booking process. The queenbed was really small and not suitable for anybody over 1.70m. The bath was broken, the room divider was filthy as were the glasses and there was a really gross stain on the bedsheets which we only discovered late at night. Hence we slept on the bare mattress. The sole positive is the hotel’s location and its simple breakfast. But our stay was definitely not worth the eur 265 we have paid. Oh, and there is construction ongoing which the hotel had not mentioned either. I will never book an Adagio ever again.
