We are pleased to hear that you had an overall good experience and appreciated the spaciousness of your room, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the international breakfast offering. It is also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the pizzas by Chef Andrea at Venezia restaurant. However, we truly regret that your experience with the mattress and pillows did not meet your expectations, as well as the issues you encountered with the shower water pressure and tile joints. Please rest assured that we will address these concerns with our maintenance team to ensure that we maintain the highest standards for all our guests.
