Excellent staff and service, Easy accessible location. The rooms are clean with Quality beddings. The restaurant is reasonably filled with variety items. The breakfast is value for money. The main attraction is the flexibility and understanding of the reception staff.

great hotel and location. The staff very friendly on arrival and i had paid for an early check in so was happy that it was ready as in the past with other hotels it hasnt been. Beverly at the front desk was a delight and always so helpful and ready with a smile and any info i needed. the free computers on level 2 were fast and easy accessed but no printer, although you could send it to the front desk to have printed. house keeping were efficient and the hotel is very quiet. Rooms clean and modern but the pillows werent great! a starbucks in the foyer which was run by the food and beverage staff so if there was no one there, the front desk would call someone straight away to serve you, you never waited more than a minute. I had booked an arrival transfer but when i went to the desk at Doha airport my booking was nowhere to be seen. it was rectified quickly though after a few phone calls

Very nice stay as usual. Nice staff and food. Just need them to improve the sockets in the room. Put some usb charger and international sockets. Very good hotel for business trip. Had nice sea view upgrade also.

I love to stay here. When I'm in Kuwait, definitely this hotel will be my 1st choice. As for my recent stay, I would like to thank you to Front Office Asst Manager, Sameh Gouda for his warm & friendly welcoming us. Hotel location is great, breakfast is good. Lastly, thank you for allowing me for late check out which I really appreciate that!. Hope to stay again soon.

Réception à arrivée est ok. Chambre est ok. Breakfast can be improved coffee is not drinkable and bread not fresh.Dinner staff give you fake fresh orange juice when you ask fresh squeezed. Checkout ; a lot of things on invoice are added and removed for sure from other customers. Accountant not happy with it.Use of hotel software seems to be issue.

Helpful staff but small rooms

Rooms are on the smaller end. Unfortunately we were position in a connecting room and upon us arriving just 5 minutes in, the next door occupant complained about the noise and we were offered to be moved. A couple of days later, we received very noisy neighbours who we could hear very clearly. We raised this with the staff over 4 days (screaming, banging and shouting at 2.00 am), once again, they asked us to move. Very disappointed with the lack of consistency as we were asked to move twice. (We only had one more day left). Unfortunately one of our jackets went missing during our stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful in attempting to locate it (checking cameras, asking laundering services, etc) however, it was not possible to re-locate it. Good place to stay for short stay.

Standard Ibis rooms. Good wifi. A bit expensive to be an Ibis. Good breakfast and I tried also the restaurant once and was ok. Area is just for business and nothing around (anyhow is Kuwait) . Micro Gym but at least there is.

This is my preferred hotel since 2009. The staff is always smiley and proactive. Although I am walking with crutches due to fracture on my foot, the staff was always helpful: they reserved me the most accessible room so I don't need to spend longer distances, they helped me to carry, drop off and drop on my luggages from and to my car although it is guest's responsibility and the most important they granted me the privilege of late check out up to 4pm for free of charge.

I had a good experience in Kuwait City at Ibis Sharq Hotel. Service is good and the hotel has both restaurant that a Starbucks inside (a small one). Position of the hotel is close to a nice mall, some restaurants are nearby and few minute by car from the Kuwait towers. Cleaning is on the average.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No iron in room which as I was there on business not helpful. As I had arrived late on the night did not want to pay to get an iron brought to the room. Adequate room although took me to the following morning to get internet connectivity. I was right at the end of the building. Generally happy with stay and would stay there again.

All the facilities a business hotel needs, a nice mall close by if you want to try some different dining options. Well positioned, well priced, one of the best options in Kuwait City. Breakfast also included and the wi.fi is nice and fast.

This particular Ibis hotel in sharq is very good at services. The employees are very friendly and very understanding customer needs. The only one and the best place which I prefer to stay in when come to Kuwait City, it's close to most places in Kuwait specially the old mubarakiyah souq and the Kuwait Abraj near the sea and not far from the airport.

Good place in a perfect location. The staff at the front office and the management is pretty good. I would like improvement in the restaurant staff which is not upto the standard expected of an Accor group hotel. Strangely this is the first time I have seen this in Ibis Sharq . But kudos to the Manager and the front office team who took cognizance of this and promised that it will not happen again.
