Lovely hotel, cozy standard room Amazing location Friendly staff I liked the view from IlTerrazzo cafe -one of the best views on the gulf road. They have suite rooms which is so spacious -will book it next time. Will come again and will recommend it to all of my family and friends

Good value for money that was soiled by the behaviour of the staff. Look elsewhere for vacation purposes.

Outright, the staff was untrusting and condescending. We were declined entry even though we had a prior booking and had to go through our travel agent and 3 different desk staff just to have access to our PRE-BOOKED 2 NIGHT ROOM!?. Then my partner and I had to promise not to bring any "men/women" into the room and were threatened by the existence of security cameras in the hallways which they "could send to *the ministry* and get you deported"(oooh so scary). This untrusting behaviour left a bad taste in our mouth. The room was tiny but the view was nice. We were on the 7th floor and the sunset was beautiful. Air conditioner was not working regardless of how much we tinkered with it. Even on medium settings, the fan would make an audible buzz throughout the day. The breakfast was average with the basic necessities available like eggs and coffee. Overall the trip was a 2/5 experience. It's decent value but the staff at the front soiled our experience with their untrusting behaviour. While researching locations, I found some lovely other resorts/hotels in the area that'll be more worthy of your money.

Sisha, coffee and black tea

This is my second visit to Kuwait and I like this place. This place’s sisha is very good and their care is so good. I always prefer black tea and double apple - mint mix flavor. Also Mr. Nassar is very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for good welcoming.

Reasonable rates, good location and friendly staff recommend the Ibis Salmiya. The hotel is located on a busy commercial street with lots of dining options just outside the door. I hadn't stayed in an Ibis before, but I came away satisfied. Room was clean and comfortable and basic, with coffee, tea, bottled water and bath room grooming kits provided. Heaters were available because Kuwait in February can be damp and chilly at night. Bathroom was clean and nicely appointed although face cloths are not provided. Breakfast buffet was adequate with a live omelet station. No complaints.
