The most wierd Accor Hotel

Been staying in many Accor Hotels and found it’s the most wierd, not up to Accor standard. No bath amenities set up, cocroach in the room, torn vitrage, unquality food in the meeting room and AC not working. Staff needs to be trained for basic hospitality, not hospitable at all

Nice stay and tasty food. First impression with comfort wide twin bed. Serene and tranquil outdoor space. Dine in menu of chicken satay was delicious and large portion. This eco hotel didnt serve any plastic toiletries.

Drainage shower flooded, Air conditioning broken, worst services, i will never stay at this hotel ever again, laundry ask to be folded but hanged anyway, ask for the drainage to be fixed but stay flooded

La habitación es correcta y limpia. El ruido de las máquinas de aire acondicionado es muy molesto, parecen los motores de un avión, nuestra habitación estaba en la sexta planta, posiblemente se oiga menos en las plantas superiores. La comida en el restaurante japones es horrorosa, el servicio es lento y sin duda es el peor restaurante japones donde hemos comido.
