Great location not that far from Plaza Mayuo where you can get the bus to/from the airport for €4.50 cash (or cheaper if you use a local travel card). Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is standard Ibis basic - bed, bathroom, tea/coffee (but no kettle - go to the water dispenser on each floor), and not much else. But my stay was comfortable and quiet with OK bed and air con. Breakfast is pretty good with a wide selection of hot and cold local and international items. Lifts busy at peak breakfast/check out times.

Accommodation was comfortable and the staff were lovely. I especially enjoyed talking with Tatiana as I was able to practice my Spanish in a conversational way and she was able to practice her English. All the staff were accomodating of my lack of Spanish and the other colleague who was on tonight 20/4 knew I wanted to expand my Spanish (it’s pretty obvious) so taught me new words in our interactions. I really enjoyed learning extra Spanish and being around the very friendly and accommodating staff who are a credit to the hotel

We booked a superior room. The TV was fixed opposite the bed not the sofa and there was no light over the sofa so couldn't read. So endec up sitting on the bed anyway having paid extra. The usb charging point by the bed didn't work, I told a staff member who took no notice.

The hotel is located in the city centre. 10 minutes walk from Moyua place (busstop til airport) en 15 minutes walk from the Guggenheim or the Casco viejo. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is simple, but modern with a very good vibe. The staff is very welcoming and helpfull. The room was big (we had the superior), and clean. It had al little fridge but no safe. The beds were comfortable and although located in the middle of the centre is was very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The breakfast was absolutely great. Fresh fruit salad, good selection of teas, good coffee, scrambled and cooked egg, vegan options (fresh guacamole!). I stayed at this hotel before but will be my first choice next time again!

Wasn’t sure about the hotel as never stated in ibis. This is a Great hotel good location + parking. friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant breakfast. Spacious room good bed great shower. We had 2 small dogs with us. Definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for money
