A great hotel, with the staff welcoming their guests with helpfulness and a smile. Despite the hotel having to cater to a large delegation there seemed nothing to difficult. Great food every day, and the hotel is maintained to a good standard. Bonus points for being close to the metro stations and only 30 minutes from many of the big attractions. I would definitely return to this one 👌🏾

We checked in, explained an elderly parent was extremely ill and we needed to cancel. The wanted to move a patient after surgery from one smelly room to another and refused to cancel. Told us if booking.com called they would honor and cancel, we spent 1.5 hours on the phone, booking.com sent them a cancellation request, extremely foul mouthed manager in racist language then told us booking.com needed to call him for cancellation. Again 1.5 hours and waited as booking.com called them, first few times they refused to answer when I remained at the reception they told booking.com if parent was disabled too bad, and refused cancellation. First night here and we have bed bug bites, rashes and smell of urine in the corridor coming through the vents. The same water as the toilet water stinks of sick chemicals. If you want the worst manager, racist and foul mouthed, bad service this is the hotel for your stay in Paris ibis budget Paris Porte d'Italie East 2 Star rating should be 0 no star0

This is my second good experience with an Ibis budget hotel in Paris. I can say more or less the same. They are what they are. Don’t expect luxury. Just functional and tiny rooms. But clean and good WiFi service, under a low price. This homogeneity is a sign of reliability. The only negative aspect was that they made me pay for the city tax while checking in (whereas others didn’t pay for that concept).

The hotels is well located as a base to explore the city. Close to metro lines and buses available. They offered a car park which worked well for me . Rooms are fairly small, so may be a tight squeeze for some…..but this is Paris ! We were always out during the day so not too much of a bother . Staff were great and very helpful so thanks to all. The breakfast offer could be better , including variety.

We booked two rooms. One of the room, the bed was defect. We received a new room. There are two towels, two paper cups and soap mini bars in the bathroom. Throughout our stay, we slept well and it was quiet place. Parking is limited space and steep slope underground. The hotel is located close to restaurants, Metro, and supermarket.
