Absolutely lovely hotel situated not too far from the Metro and a good high street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and it was lovely staying in the room. The breakfast was impressive and our stay was excellent.

The rooms here are great with a shower and a bath. They are very big for Europe and have good lighting. The air conditioning was good just had to set it really low so that the room would be cool enough. The concept of the toilet being away from the sink is just stupid but very prevalent in France. The hotel is a short easy walk from the metro and the neighborhood is very safe with a lot of restaurants and shops close by. The only problem with the hotel are the staff who are not helpful and very friendly.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , works being done at 8am in the morning when you come on holiday to relax I tried to avoid the hotel as much as possible. Staff were so rude and only decided to mention as we were checking in about world going on in the hotel. Not once did they mention about it happening at 8 in the morning. Mould in the shower too by the way

We had a beyond terrible experience. My Tiffany bracelet was taken from the room, I can’t prove this but I absolutely know it. I’m an idiot for not putting in the safe but you just wouldn’t expect this to happen! There was also building work happening in the hotel that nobody made us aware of. It was a horrible experience when you think you are on a vacation to relax and you absolutely can’t. We tried to stay away from the hotel as much as possible as it was so disappointing and stressful to be there. We were provided with one bottle of water for the whole duration. Of our stay when 2 of us stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. There was no other mirror my the dressing tabkd . Just 1 in bathroom, there was no plug socket near the mirror for me to do my hair. So I had to do my hair on the opposite side of the bed where I couldn’t see what I was doing. There is no plug socket on the left hand side of the bed. The staff were rude too. When I called reception to address we had no hot water, she line cut off and then she never called back. When I called back she was also pretending not to understand what I was saying. On our first night we didn’t have any hot water when we arrived back to the room at 1am. We had a member of staff come in to the room to confirm the water wasn’t working. We were told we could move rooms, however it was so late, we had unpacked and we were extremely tired after travelling all day and returning back late from a concert. The shower was also faulty that constantly dripped which was very frustrating and had to be placed on the floor of the shower to make it stop. When I complained about the theft, hot water and all the above, I spoke to one girl who then got another girl who then got a manager who I explained to each 3 times what happened and all they could do was give me an email address. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. We felt like we were in some parallel universe and that this all couldn’t be real.

After reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit nervous about this hotel. No need. It was a nice stay. Clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a short walk to the metro. Brand new? No. A hairdryer in the room? No. (But gladly given by the front desk when they had one). Only tip I have is that some of the taxi drivers needed an address and google map location since there are lots of Novotels in Paris. I recommend this place!
