Very bad experience. Two nights of total misery. Hot and sweaty stay with no air circulation. Lousy breakfast No AC, open windows and the noise was booming.

i travelled to istanbul so many times, when i came to istanbul i stayed in ibis zeytinburnu bcz there has a amazing staff they are so friendly especially Mr. Erdem from reception , the rooms are clean as well. new furniture , comfortable bed so basically everything is perfect thank you for everything.

Once i arrived at reception she took Passports and started process of check in but after 10 mins she gave us room which was not superior and one of the room which i booked it was superior and she said oh but i don't have right to give you this room wait my colleague will be with you after waiting for 15 mins now new employee came to do the check in but again he started to ask to many questions and later he said ohh for second room you are to male how this is possible and again i had to show him my reservation that the second room was twin bed . And he had reservations but purposely he was doing this . As a member and i have booked the room from you not the brokers site iam very disappointed with the treatment which i got from this hotel . And this was my 4th stay with them , worse part last day i woke up there was no water in my room and i asked they said there is problem and they don't know when it will be fixed i asked for another room to take shower but they said we don't have , but they haded so i don't know what to say worse customer service i h w ever had

Smooth check-in and check-out. Everyone was generally very friendly and courteous. Kudos to the F & B team, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the service very good. The Front Office seemed overloaded and could be organized better. Housekeeping, while generally clean, was inconsistent — some days we would not have the floor mat; somedays the water bottles in minibar was not replaced, etc.
