This is the second time we have stayed at this Hotel, and it was excellent as always. Location, rooms, food, service all very good. In particular we would like to mention Saidul, who looked after us and our room during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed, and was so pleasant and welcoming, that we relaxed in to our stay very quickly. We were teaching again on this trip, and the young lady who organised the teaching room was extremely helpful, pleasant, and efficient. finally, I would like to mention the restaurant reception staff and waiting staff, who were all really friendly and efficient. Many thanks to you all : )

The band was excellent tonight, September 20, 2024 during the Kabayan Night at Sofitel AlKhobar! The singers, Iche and Joseph, were entertaining and so talented that they were able to sing even the most challenging songs that we requested. To compensate for a duet that they apologized for not knowing, they sang an equally great song instead. Also, the food was scrumptious and the customer service was warm and polite. We had been here before and will definitely come back for some Filipino night of food and music! - Chris and Arlene

The hotel is amazing with excellent services being provided right from the reservations to the room service. I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Ani one of the staff in your reputed hotel. He was excellent in all that he did. Thanks you Sofitel for the wonderful memories. Excellent service by the staff. Prompt and friendly service by Shabeer the concierge and Ani(Anirudh) Happy with the services and facilities. The sea view rooms are excellent. Food is also excellent, the buffet is one of the best in the place. Would highly recommend

The hotel is amazing, the breakfast buffet is very lavish. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the beach view is breathtakingly beautiful but most importantly the staff is most hospitable. Right from Shivly at morning breakfast to Hussain who did my room. We sat way beyond the breakfast time but Shivly honored us with a smile inspite of the hectic schedule. Hussain is very sweet and inspite of telling him that I would not need room service, he made sure I had water bottles and other amenities. Although I could only register 2 names, it must be understood by the management that every one was very kind and generous!! Weldone team!!!
