A truely enjoyable experiance at a lovely hotel.

We have just returned from a two weeks stay in the Sofitel Zallaq and can only describe our stay as excellent. The Hotel is about 30 minutes from Bahrain Airport and can certainly be classed as 5*. The rooms are very well appointed and overlook a nice pool, grassed area and small beach island. There are a number of specialist restaurants and one main all day buffet restaurant which hosts a special Friday Brunch. Although there is no real public transport in the area, we did a few Uber rides to the various sights (Grand Mosque - They offer a short tour which is very interisting. The National museum - which appears to be free to tourists. The Avenues shopping mall). We never had to wait more that 5 minutes for the taxi. the hotel does offer their own transport on request. The hotel does host weddings, and this was the case during our stay. The management did inform us about upcoming events prior to our arrival. During our stay, the hotel staff and management did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, even to the extent of introducing us to the wedding organisers who then invited us to the various extravagent parades and events. We were extremely well looked after during our stay. The accommodation is to a very high standard, as is the food. Our stay was in a club room on the 6th floor and, as with the main parts of the hotel, the service, food and attentiveness of the staff here was excellent. Whilst it would be a lengthy process to name all the staff who deserve credit for our very enjoyable stay, we would like to make particular mention of Ms Marifhel Ramirez, guest experiance manager who went out of her way to ensure that everything concerned with our stay was perfect. To Angelique, Roxane and Omar in the Club lounge, who again went out of their way to ensure that we never wanted for anything.

Lama, Adil concierge, Amin, Iftikhar, yan, Nithin and Mary was amazing. Lama was the bestestt. Was an amazing experience with her. The property was amazing. Great hospitality by reception and concierge team. Seem less experienced given to the guests.

The ambiance is great! It's cleaned and they are organized. They welcome us with warm and everybody were smiling at us. they treat the customer so well. The food is amazing . Vignesh is very nice. Excellent customer service. He explained the food we ordered so nice and well.

Perfect Location, away from city traffic, resort Life style, very good for kids, amazing spa. Very friendly Front Desk, Fadoua, Iftikhar. From in room dining must appreciate Hassan and Lijesh. Very cooperative staff. We had a great family time.
