Lovely new modern hotel. Right in the shopping district. Easy to find. Eateries and sights all around. Perfect location. Car parks nearby too. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quiet and clean.

위치는 좋지만, 화장실 내 샤워부스 도 간이시설처럼 되어있고... 아무리 3성이라지만 애매하다... 더군다나 플래티넘 회원임에도 불구하고, 무료조식이 누락되어, 식당책임자랑 아침부터 엄청 실랑이를 했다. 프론트와 직접 얘기해서 해결은 되었지만... 다시는 가고 싶지 않음

주차를 하려는데 다 꽉 찼다고 했는데...안에 보니 2-3대정도만 주차되어있고...플래티넘 멤버로서 호텔에서 주차비를 낸 것이 처음이네요....그리고 3시에 체크인하러 갔는데..방도 준비가 바로 안되어있고.....

This hotel was good, clean, and not fancy, like all the other Ibis hotels we stayed in New Zealand. Upsides: location was perfect, right next to the Riverside market and trolley line. The hotel staff were very responsive and tried their best to be helpful. Shower was good with decent water pressure. Downsides: this hotel, like all the other Ibis hotels, only offers one all-in-one shampoo and shower gel for the shower, and no conditioner. Also the woman at the front desk was friendly but really struggled to understand me when I talked to her - it might have been my American accent and that she had English as a second language, but it was frustrating nonetheless.
