白金会员并没有安排在精英楼层，还没有退房打扫人员在我们外出时已经开始收拾房间了。房间设施老旧，早饭中规中矩。服务人员态度不错。性价比不错。

Pros: - rooms are spacious and comfortable - we had 2 adjoining rooms, and it comes with a washing machine which was very useful - breakfast buffet was excellent - staff are professional, friendly and helpful. - Big thanks to Sophia Liu on the front desk who spoke great English and was very kind and helpful, she provided excellent service. - location is fine, about 25 mins walk to Muslim quarter Cons: - hotel is a little dated

We had a lovely stay at Sofitel Xi’an! From the moment we arrived, all the staff were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many delicious choices every morning. A special thank you to the breakfast team — they were incredibly kind and attentive to my baby’s needs, especially helping us with warm water. That small but thoughtful gesture really meant a lot to us. Overall, the service was excellent and full of genuine care. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!
