Dear Sir Thank you for having time to leave a note on your stay According to the notes issued, you seem to be happy with all our services but disappointed only by the restaurant which is closed on weekend I do understand your concern. However, it is well indicated on our webiste (the one you used for the booking) and the day before your arrival, our reception called you (as they do every friday and saturday)to remind you that the restaurant would be closed and to offer you the possibility to book in another restaurant. We took this decision, to close our restaurant on Saturday and Sunday, 10 years ago, cause a restaurant jus near by had opened and to keep our staff (cause the would have their weekend off). We hope that for your next stay, you will come on weekdays and that you will have the opportunity to taste the menu of our skillfull cheffe Mélanie See you then Elodie Hotel Manager

Dear Jan, We thank you for taking the time to leave your review, although we would have preferred that your stay with us go better. Regarding our restaurant, it is indeed closed every weekend, this information is clearly indicated on all the sites where our rooms are available for sale. At the reception, receptionnist, talk in french, and english. We also have an intern, who, as her title indicates, is currently training to become a receptionist. Concerning your Check-in, do you have any comments to make to help us improve? When you order a glass of wine at the bar, it is indeed possible that the bottle is already opened, in fact we do not open a new bottle for each new glass of wine served, this would represent a huge waste. For wines by the glass, the restaurant team changes each bottle regularly if they are not consumed quickly.
