Dear Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We are sorry to read that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We would nevertheless like to clarify a few points. Regarding our location, our hotel is indeed situated in a business and industrial area, and this is clearly indicated on the Accor website under the “Location” section. This is a deliberate choice and offers several advantages: we are only a few hundred metres from the motorway exit, making the hotel particularly convenient for guests travelling south or towards the Alps, as well as for business travellers visiting the many companies located nearby. It also allows us to offer a large, free private car park, secured at night. The surrounding area has moreover been improved considerably, with the roads and pavements renovated last year. We are sorry that this environment did not suit your expectations. For a future stay, we would simply recommend checking the location details of the property before booking, as they are provided precisely to help guests choose the setting that best matches what they are looking for. Regarding the size of the room, your original reservation was for a Family Room, which is one of our larger room categories. At your request, at check/in,you subsequently chose to move to a Superior Room, which is smaller. We therefore regret that its size was not what you expected, but this was a consequence of the room category selected after your change. Finally, we are particularly sorry to read your comment about the unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Had this been reported during your stay, we would have been very happy to investigate immediately and, as the hotel was not fully booked, offer you another room if necessary. Following your comment, our housekeeping team checked the bathroom concerned and did not detect any unusual odour. We also note that you rated our team and your departure 7/10, which we hope means that, despite these concerns, your interactions with our staff remained satisfactory. We are sorry that the hotel did not meet your expectations on this occasion and hope that you will find an establishment more suited to your preferences for your future stays.
