Grand Mercure Apartments The Vintage Hunter Valley 4,5 gwiazdki

Although only a short visit, we booked into the Grand Mercure Apartments, once again we were not disappointed. There has been some development with the addition of a tavern/sports bar and additional accommodation which we will be looking into booking in the future.

This accommodation is very centrally located in the Hunter Valley and a great place to base yourself. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and it had all the facilities we needed including its own kitchen, lounge and a private outdoor area where you could enjoy a coffee or drink or even a meal. Each unit has its own garage but be warned they are pretty small - our small to medium sized suv only just fitted. There is no restaurant on site but there is a new tavern across the road and the food and drinks are great quality for a reasonable price. Also worth noting that reception is in the building across the road from the accommodation which is a little confusing

Loved the pretty views, comfort, stylish decor, warm gas fire, restful atmosphere, clean facilities, recreational amenities, access to lovely indoor/outdoor dining facilities with very tasty and reasonably priced menu. Enjoyed walking about, sipping coffees by the golf course, observing the birds and kangaroos, and proximity to main attractions. The reception Staff were incredibly welcoming helpful and patient - even assisted my move into the apt with a carful of luggage. Great place to restore body and soul. Thankyou!

Have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it. The rooms are really nice and cleaning of the room was exceptional, our rooms were spotless and the fire place was fantastic! Its a great location, very peaceful and you can even see some kangaroos. Some maintenance is required though - there was a dirty/mouldy patch in the bathroom corner and grout in need of repairs.

My family and I We had amazing satisfaction with our stay at Grand MercuretheVintage, the house big enough and full of sun lights and the carpet very clean bathroom and beds very clean and beds very comfortable, outdoor area big and great furniture, the kitchen has everything we need + Dish washer, fire place amazing and keeps the house warm, parking space good and close to the property 👌 all Staff were very friendly (Tim) was very helpful and friendly thanks to the management team and Cleaners people who keeping the house very clean. We will definitely come back again 😊
