Nice staff No air conditioning

Booked on Accor app, 1st room we had fridge,TV & AC did not work. They switched our room without a problem however next room had no fridge and AC still did not work. It was late so stayed in the room but did not sleep much as the temp was 26C

Service is a pretty good. But the facilities are slightly outdated in the room, especially in bathroom.

No milk in fridge in room Breakfast - had to wait for scrambled eggs canteen to be refilled - had to ask for tea bags and milk at drink station in breakfast room - coffee machine broken and coffee pot empty Staff helpful and very pleasant
