Excellent night stay we had recently. It was great and wonderful room. They had given us very large room including huge hall and reception. Coffee machine was available too with all needed items. Mr. Mubashir at the reception’s desk was very helpful and showed his professionalism dealing with guests. I was impressed with his nice attitude towards us.

كان من الفنادق المفضلة لي اخر تجربة كانت سئية عملت check in عن طريق التطبيق وارسلت ايميل للحصول على جناح علوي مواجهة لسوق العالي للاسف تم تجاهل طلبي واعطيت جناح ٧٠٣ الجناح قديم وولاسف فيه صراصير طلبت تغيير الجناح اليوم الثاني وتم اعطاءي جناح ١٠٠٩ افضل نوعا ما ولكن يحتاج الفندق تجديد واهتمام افضل لنظافة وتعقيم الغرف طلبت من الفندق بموعد عيد ميلاد زوجتي ووعدوني بعمل شي ما وللاسف لم يتم شي من قبلهم ( احتفلت بها في مكان اخر) بحجة انهم نسيوا ؟؟؟؟؟ لا انصح بالفندق ابدا

No refresh of water or hot drinks facility. No fresh towels despite them been left for changing. Complimentary drink voucher had been activated by someone at 5:30am whilst the bar was closed and the staff did not believe at first it wants until I pointed out they were closed. Breakfast was good but staff appear lost and no offering of hot drinks from the staff. Overall not the experience you would expect from the Mercure.

Excellent hotel and service thank you Basher concierge you are the best for taking care of the guest we will back again hotel room is bigger size clean room view is nice pool is out door nice and clean really I’m happy next time I will come with my family
