Good location and facilities, but not too friendly or welcoming compared to other Novotels

I stayed 4 nights at the executive room on the top floor, and I certainly can't fault the room facilities or the view from the room. One day the water in the shower just stopped, which caused a minor inconvenience, but it was resolved within minutes. That said my overall impression from the stay is rather negative, I found that the staff at the reception were bothered by my requests. When asked to let a courier come up to my room to deliver a package, the receptionist said that's not possible - why? It was possible at another Accor hotel in Saint Petersburg the week before. The area outside the hotel is not cleaned from snow or ice, the car passage is not safe or convenient. Overall, I'm hesitant to come back to this Novotel.

Everything was great (especially a giant photo of Neuschwanstein Schloss covered by snow in the hotel's lobby). The only concern was that room service somehow did not work. I failed to order a meal at 23:30 because the kitchen was closed. Only drinks were available.

Perfect Hotel to stay in Sochi ! I got upgraded to a nice room on high floor ! The Room was very stylish ! Hotel is great, has a good gym for work out and a Hammam. The location of the hotel is just perfect ! Right 10 min walk from Moscow Train Station and 5 min walks from Nevsky prospect ! Will definitely stay back there if I go back to St Petersburg.

Staff very good as always, but new rooms rather poorly organised

Generally very positive stay. Although this is the first time i had experience of the "upgraded" rooms on the 8th floor. These are the new ones with very poor air-conditioning as well open shower and sink. This meant that there is zero privacy, as well as the whole room filling up with steam from the showers. Although i received an upgrade, i would have preferred the room that i booked. Furthermore, it still baffels me that they did not fit a washbasin in the toilette.

I had a 3 weeks' stay in a comfortable room. WiFi worked well for highoad of virtual conferences. Desk could have been larger as computer just fitted onto it. Did not make use of restaurants. Housekeeping always on top of things including laundry within 1 day.

Good hotel, especially for travellers by car, good parking included. However, family suites in the second building badly need renovation. Still good experience.

Excellent as always. I arrived at nearly midnight and everything was ready for me. Amazing location. Am booked for April and May and want to book for New Year but I dont think the dates have been released.
