Nice breakfast, but same stuff all the time. No pot and teas in the room. No tea for breakfast as well. Staff is very friendly (Rafael). Rooms are very simple with bad acoustics, no view. Overall just OK.

I was in these IBIS hotels: (Porto Alegre , Goiania , São Paulo , Budapest (Hungria) ...etc This is the worst that i stayed. The room is not so good.. (old...bad smell) The breakfast is not so complete like other Ibis Hotels

1- The Hotel is under renovation and not informed, but thats ok; 2- I arrived around 10:04 pm and parking was closed, I left my car o the street; 3- The door was not working and i spent some minutes to fix; 4- I went down to reception to get some water and order a snack but the kitchen was closed, the receptionist suggested that I go outside to eat ?????. Rio de janeiro downtown after 10 pm is very unsafety, everybody worldwide knows about it.; 5- I ordered 2 water bottles, 3 beers and a sandwuich ( that was made the day before, but valid) and the recepcionist said that tehy will not give to me a bag to carry my stuff. No bag?????? 6- The control tv was not working. I used my batteries to fix the control; 7- And finally, the breakfast was available outside the hotel. One of the best places of the Rio de Janeiro, great location and transports to all the city. Very good price, cleanliness, treatment and services. But the maximum capacity of the rooms is for 3 people.

It was an average accomodation. There were 3 spiders in the room, nothing that I would die, but wasn't pleasant. Sheets were a little too used (maybe wasn't changed after the previous guest). Dinner and breakfast was great.

Room was clean, but the housekeeping happened too late (3 pm); breakfast was not so good as the others Ibis hotels. Besides, there was no enough room and enough food considering the number of guests...

The Ibis Hotel has everything you need at the heart of Downtown Rio. Do not hesitate in staying there, if you are looking to a cheap and clean accommodation. AS I have the Accor Platinum Status, we could stay up to 3pm the day we were leaving, as well as we had a welcome drink offered by the hotel.

I loved to be at Ibis Rio. Simply the best!!!! I arrived late in the afternoon, and I felt safe because the hotel is really well located, and on the follow day I realzed that the place I needed to go was very close to the hotel. I could save some reals!!!

I recommend the hotel improve quickly the food offer for dinner, assuring more diversity for the guests (to avoid food missing). Regarding the service quality, the team members has delivered a kind service, supporting us (a business colleague and I) in a proper way. In na overall consideration is supposed the hotel has achieved the target being ranked as good.

It took me 40 minutes to get remove the two invoices, because they need come 5 employees. Because no know operate the system. And I was almost losing my flight. And they thought I was wrong to want a receipt. But the bigger problem was not this. In time, a hotel security, who declined to identify himself, threatened me and almost hit me. The Loreta Manager must saver who is witnessed the sena and did nothing.

A good hotel is one that the client can contact to solve minor problems. Ibis hotel even allows customers to correct scheduling errors of dates of stay. I had damage to it and do not intend never to stay in Accor hotels.

Delivers what is expected from Ibis worldwide - comfortable, modern, clean, with food and beverage available 24/7. Wifi could be faster though. One thing seriously concerned me though - I lost my key card a couple of times and the Reception replaced it without asking for my ID. That's the kind of negligence that is not easy to overlook

Too expensive because of the Olympics, fair installations and services, dedicated employees. I lost a Rio Card (for transportation), one of the employees searched in the garbage containers and found it. Remarkable!

I stayed at Ibis Rio de Janeiro Centro during the Olympics Games. It´s a good hotel, near from the Carioca´s subway (around 4 blocks away), although it was a little bit scary during at night that we took a taxi to get back to the hotel. The hotel is reasonable!

The service was bad, the receptionist at check in greeted me with bitterness and sarcasm. On the last day I requested that woke me at 4:00 AM, the front desk simply forgot almost lose my flight. Many machine noises upstairs on Saturday afternoon.

If you want a decent hotel in the centre of town , the Ibis is a great value option. Rooms are fine . Satff were effcient. Breakfast was great value for the money. This ius my third saty here and I wiull be back when i Have to visit the same customers.

The hotel is well-located (close to the Carioca subway station and many bus lines) and the services are pretty good. There is also a taxi station right in front of the hotel. The quality of the meals and the breakfast is excellent, and the majority of the staff members are available to help you everytime you need. The exception was the Wi-Fi connection, since the speed was very low in one day and the service was unavailable in the other.

Just to list a few problems: The room smelled like cigarettes, the toilet was leaking, the room next to us was noisy, the furniture was worn out and dirty, as were the walls. On top of that, the blanket had not been washed and the service was a disaster. The employees were with such a bad temper that it seemed to me that they all hate working there!
