I was here back in November. Clean, comfortable, small efficient . This is my second stay here I do not mind staying here at all. Reception check-in and checkout take a very long time and it’s usually only on one receptionist. But otherwise, you got a whole lot more than what you paid for. This is my second day and I’ll stay here again.

Above and beyond my expectations

I really like the staff they were helpful and very courteous they do take a very long time with each client and the reception is not very well staffed SO waiting online at the reception can take a very long time. The rooms are very clean simple and they're what you pay for. When you want cleaning service they come very happily and clean well. I stayed a total of five nights I have absolutely no complaints. I had a good time the food was good breakfast was very good staff for courteous and kind.

It was nice, very well located. But the neighbourhood isn't safe by night. It´s okay getting out to Santa Cécilia or republica metro station walking by day. Close to one of the mosts famous corners od São Paulo, Avenues São João and Ipiranga!

My Uber pools up to the large building 20 The door automatically slides open. There are construction like plastic post and plastic chains dividing the checking lineup. I get to the counter a Nice guy greets me. I feel comfortable he takes my document and make a copy ( Standard so far ) He hands me the magnetic key and a pan flit with my Pass Wifi instructions and room number. 2106-1. I asked what is the -1? about ? - He then tells me it is a shared room (4) to a room. I was TAKEN is mentioned he tells me that some where on the booking was a clear explanation about the room and the rates, granted I booked it on a rush and perhaps there is. Iwent to the room a very small room even for a single person yet they manage to make it organized and well define who sleeps where and whet=re to put your stuff. There are Cubbie spaces for storage BUT you have go to have your own LOCKS. .you will need at least one for under the bed where you can actually fit a full checked bag 25 Kilo bag. IF YOU ARE SAVE AND TRAVEL ON A BUDGET IT IS A GOOD OPTION. I saw must younger travelers using the 20th floor and as for my experience my room mates were so polite I saw one of the 3. Clearly I was crashing for the night to continue my travel early in the AM. They have food available on the ground floor.

Excellent service and location in downtown near by Republica Metro Station. Confortable rooms and a good breakfast. There are important buildings like Edificio Italia, Edificio Copan and Gallery of the Rock that you can go walking.
