Me & My Coworkers has frequently meet for our business here and it has one of the best meeting facility and very delicious coffee break for our meeting we were helped by mrs suningsih and mr gofur which were very helpful and kind. The room were amazing with excellent view of the ocean 🔥❤️

nice n clean .. good hospitality mas Sidik mas reihan with mba meiyola they helped me when they clean my room.. and helped me what i need.. good activities for kids , face painting etc so the kids can enjoy their day at mercure hotel, n they happy ,

Very nice hospitality. The manager and the team is very nice and professional, especially Pak Soni. Also, the food is delicious. Not to mention the hotel is the legend here in Ancol. We have a very pleasant stay here and will come again for sure.

Good environment, lot activities, we very enjoy from the time we check in, super friendly, check in also fast, we got a free upgrade to suite room, the activities for children also super lotss, theres a clown in lobby, super fun. We would like to come back later

Had a great stay overall. The service was excellent from start to finish - super friendly staff, efficient and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check out were smooth, no unnecesary delay. I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade without even asking. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Bonus points for their commitment to being environmental friendly. The only downside: the parking. It was pouring the night i stayed, and unfortunately the parking is open-air. Some parts are flooded, and the water level was too way close to my car's footstep. Luckily, no damage. Hope it can be improved. Would I stay there again? Absolutely, but i'll check the weather forecast first.
