Not worth the money

For 600 dollars the worst service I've ever had. Terrible food , interruptive service, loud downstairs . Not worth the money or hype in my opinion - Run by very inexperienced staff . Shame because we were really looking forward to it. I booked the king water view room on the 10th August - No concierge help, room service again was tricky to book. On the late night menu there was a problem with their ordering so only offering cheese toasties - scrambled eggs the next day burnt and $30 odd bucks with some cheap orange juice from Coles . Coffee was terrible . Need I go on? Sorry but spending $600 then charged big time for rubbish service, food and parking is a scam . Manly deserves better.

The stay was truly exceptional. The team was extremely helpful, especially Markus. The rooms are stunning and impeccably designed. The restaurant was spacious and offered a fantastic menu. The bar was elegantly designed, with Joe and Dillon delivering excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend this exquisite hotel.

Pleasant sea front hotel. Member of Accor. Becoming a member of Accor Plus gives you big discounts off restaurant service food at this hotel but no usual 15% discount off beverage which is disappointing. Good breakfast. Bar. Gymnasium. Lovely sea front rooms.

Just an awesome hotel, The location is primo, the service and people are excellent, the food and breakfast - just outstanding, the pool is great the entire hotel is next level. If you want to go to a hotel that is near the beach and has excellent facilities and great food this is the place. We have been here 4 times in 6 months and will go again soon.

Disappointing

Lovely location and the staff were brilliant. Bathroom was quite dirty with mould and dirt, cupboards chipping also. Never heard of paying top dollar for a room with no parking space? At $50 a night a huge cost on top of room (stayed 5 nights). No parking available directly across from hotel. Had to walk there with luggage, disappointing. Room service was average and expensive for what it was. Also the lights in our room we could not turn the bathroom light on withought turning all the lights on in the main room. Frustrating at night when trying to sleep. Coffee satchels were old and crunchy, no toaster just kettle. Was upset to learn staff had entered room even though sign on door not to disturb. Sadly I would not stay here again as it was definitely not value for money and nothing special.
