Dear Mr. Balázs, We thank you for sharing this feedback on your recent visit. We were disheartened to learn about the various concerns you faced during your stay with us. The presence of pet food in your room upon arrival suggests that our meticulous cleaning standards were not upheld in this instance, and for that, we extend our sincerest apologies. Your comfort and satisfaction are paramount, and we will ensure a more thorough inspection is conducted in our pet-friendly accommodations. In reference to the bathroom ventilation, we apologize for the oversight. Our maintenance team is tasked with ensuring all amenities function correctly, and it appears that we fell short in this regard. We value your comfort and will look to prevent such occurrences in the future. It is regrettable to hear that your room preferences were not met, especially since you had specified your needs in advance. We strive to fulfill each guest's requests to their satisfaction, and it is apparent that we did not achieve this for you. We acknowledge the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding in accepting our gesture of the complimentary cocktails. Moreover, the communication lapse you experienced at checkout is concerning. We hold ourselves to high standards of service continuity, and the absence of proper documentation of your situation was a failure on our part. We are taking steps to improve our internal communication to ensure our guests' experiences are seamless. Finally, we recognize the inconvenience caused by the reduced availability of our elevators as well as the dimensions of our parking facilities.
