It is great that our breakfast, featuring fresh eggs, fruit, nuts, and regional specialties, was to your satisfaction. However, we regret that our bar did not meet your expectations and that you felt it lacked attention and atmosphere. We are delighted that you enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms, as well as the extensive breakfast options offered at our hotel. However, we acknowledge that the parking fees have not met your satisfaction. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please understand that the parking garage is managed by an external company, which sets the prices. Nonetheless, we continuously strive to negotiate the best possible rates for our guests. Finally, it is great that you appreciated our hotel's prime location, conveniently situated just 50 meters from Stuttgart Airport and close to the motorway, providing easy access for travelers like yourself. We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction with recent experiences at our hotel, particularly with the reception and room service.
