I have written to the hotel twice about my forgotten toilet bag but have not gotten any answer at all. I also discovered I was charged for the room at checkout despite having prepaid the room. Is see these experiences as an example of bad management and bad control

have been coming here on a regularly basis since 2011. What brings me here ? It is the authentic service particularly at the bar where Mr. Daami is the competent face and friendly person you need in these hectic days. Keep it up!

Nice cosy and convenient hotel until it’s time to check out. Very long line with only 2 employees working. It’s shame which brought my rating down to 3 stars.

Our Matteo Thun-designed spaces aim to create a relaxing environment for all travellers. However, we sincerely regret the wait you experienced during checkout. Our self-service lobby kiosk on the first floor provides express departure options, and our team remains available around the clock to assist guests needing personal attention. Finally, we hope the proximity to both the airport terminals and Messe Stuttgart contributed positively to your travel plans, as this remains a key advantage for business travellers and conference attendees alike. Here for a conference, and this is the perfect location ... walking distance from airport & the Messe. great breakfast, clean and quiet rooms and a good night sleep
