Was een heel fijn verblijf met een leuke attentie op de kamer. Heerlijke bedden en goede voorzieningen. Alleen had ik dit hotel mede gekozen voor de SPA. Bij het boeken via Accor.com was er geen vermelding dat door renovatie de SPA gesloten is. Dat was wel een teleurstelling. Bij aankomst was het druk bij de check-in en dat kon vriendelijker. Voor de rest een heel fijn en mooi hotel. Kom graag nog een keer terug!

We will of course try to minimize any disruption and complete the work quickly. I very much regret the inconvenience - and ask for your understanding for the measures. We will, of course, take your criticism regarding communication as an opportunity to review it again. However, please allow me to point out that we explicitly refer to the renovation work on all platforms and in the reservation confirmation, which our guests also confirm and expressly welcome. Heerlijk hotel met prachtige kamers. Helaas vonden we het dit keer wel duidelijk iets minder. Geen concièrge meer! Weinig receptie personeel. Kamers niet meer voorzien van Hermès producten. Lege lades waar ooit een assortiment aan glaswerk in zat. Hele lelijke potten uitgebloeide bloemen en bruine varens op een tafel midden in de lobby, zag er werkelijk niet uit!

Het is altijd een onverdeeld genoegen in Sofitel Bayerische Post te verblijven, centraal gelegen, dichtbij het station. Het personeel is niet allen uiterst vriendelijk, maar zeer servicegericht en effectief. De kamers zijn ruim, zeer schoon en comfortabel. A1!
