Een mooi schoon en verzorgd hotel op een prima locatie. D. kamers zien er netjes uit en D. bedden lagen goed. ( eerste verdieping) Ook D. temperatuur is goed te regelen. Het ontbijt is echt heerlijk! D. afstand naar D. winkels en centrum is ongeveer 5 min, even het parkje met grafstenen door, oversteken en links afslaan.

Minder goede ervaring bij het ontbijt, meerdere producten werden vanaf 09:15 uur niet meer bijgevuld - daar waar het ontbijt mogelijk was tot 10:00 uur.

Deze Mercure heeft een lobby, kleine bar/restaurant en simpele standaard kamers met piepkleine badkamer. Kamer was schoon, bedden zijn wat hard en slechts één klein kussen is wel wat karig, misschien hadden we om extra moeten vragen, mag best wat extra's op de kamer liggen. Beetje onpersoonlijke ontvangst, geen informatie over hotel of omgeving, ligt ook niet op de kamer. Al met al prima als je de hele dag op pad bent, maar verwacht er verder niet teveel van. De locatie is uitstekend, korte wandeling naar het historische centrum. En de auto staat perfect in de parkeergarage onder het hotel (wij betaalden € 23 per dag, wat redelijk is).

Hotel ligt op zo'n 15 minuten wandelen van het treinstation (en dus ook dicht bij het centrum van de stad). Modern ingericht. Mooie ruime kamer. Comfortabel bed. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Kleine minpunten: onaangename geur in de douche op één van de avonden, slechts één en plat hoofdkussen, geen ijskastje.

Super hotel met zeer vriendelijke bediening. Iderere morgrn een heerlijk welkom in de ontbijt zaal door Eveline, Claudia en de F&B manager Zoë. Aan de service desk worden we altijd heerlijk welkom geheten door de beheer Neumann, Damian en de dames. Aan de altijd met een lach Dennis en Tatjana. Super hotel, we komen graag iedere week weer terug.

Rustige plek aan rand centrum, je loopt zo het voetgangersgebied in wat je richting centrum leid. Buitenkant niet geheel aantrekkelijk maar binnen netjes, schoon, entree wat steriel maar het restaurant is wel weer sfeervol. Medewerkers vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers schoon , niet mega groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker.

Goed ontbijt (al misten we verse sinaasappelsap). Kamer ('privilage'; hoezo?) nogal klein in vergelijking met andere all accor (mercure, ibis,novotel) hotels die we bezocht hebben, bed niet zo comfortabel als we gewend waren. Personeel bij ontbijt was vriendelijk en attent, bij receptie wisselend (soms werd er niet gegroet, dat was wat ongemakkelijk).

Ontvangst is de ene keer zeer hartelijk, de andere keer zeer afstandelijk. Vaak gaat er met bonus punten etc. ook iets niet goed. Waarom rekening niet al op eerste dag mogelijk. Bij veel hotels kan dit wel. Vanmorgen had ik "do not clean" an deur gehangen. Bij terugkomst kamer toch schoongemaakt, deurhanger lag weer op kamer? Bed verder goed, ontbijt zeer goed
